Champions League Twenty20 India

The champion's league twenty20 India is a tournament of twenty20 format and first competitions has made amongst seven teams as India, Australia, South Africa, England, Sri Lanka, New Zealand and West Indies. The tournament was launched in the year 2008 but due to few hurdles first tournament was held in 2009. The current champion of this T20 tournament is Chennai Super kings. The administrator of this t20 league is BCCI, CA and CSA, the tournament is also handled and programmed by International Cricket Council. The tournament was started with the twelve teams and won by New South Wales Blues by 41 runs over Trinidad and Tobago. The t20 league tournament was hosted by India under the BCCI president Shashank Manohar. The second champion's league was held in the year 2010 with ten teams and hosted by South Africa. The tournament was won by Chennai Super kings by eight wickets over Warriors.

Champions league twenty20 Cricket 2011

In the year 2011, the tournament will be also hosted by India. The champions league twenty20 2011 is third match competitions of champions league t20 tournament and the tournament will be ongoing on the date of 23rd Sep 2011 in India. Hosting of tournament also have made by India. The tournament will be held from 23rd September to 9th October 2011 and the sponsorship has also given to Nokia. Total of ten teams will be played in this T20 league 2011 and 23 matches will be played. The teams has divided in two groups as group A and B. Qualifying teams are Chennai Super Kings, Mumbai Indians, Cape Cobras, New South Wales Blues, Trinidad and Tobago, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Southern Redbacks, Kolkata Knight Riders, Warriors and Somerset. The champion leagues will be held in three venues of India such as Chennai (M. A. Chidambaram Stadium), Bangalore (M Chinnaswamy Stadium) and Hyderabad (Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium).

The champion's leagues t20 2011 schedules are also declared and the tournament will be held from 23rd September to 9th October 2011. Total amount of matches is 23 including semifinals and finals. The opening matches will initiate on 23rd September between Warriors and Royals challenger Bangalore at M Chinnaswamy Stadium (Bangalore) and league matches will be played till 5th October. The semifinal will be played on the dates of October 7th and October 8th, 2011 in order. Both Semifinals will be played in the venues as Bangalore and Chennai. The final matches will be held on 9th October 2011 at M A Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
